Estes Park, Colorado | At the Base of the Majestic Rocky Mountains

Step into a restorative, heart-opening weekend designed to nurture your voice, your story, and your sense of self. Nestled in the breathtaking beauty of Estes Park, this three-day retreat invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that too often get overlooked in the pace of everyday life.

Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided by an extraordinary team of women:

  • An opera singer extraordinaire who will help you explore presence, expression, and the power of your voice

  • A world-traveling author with 23 published books who will inspire your storytelling and creative confidence

  • A skilled acupuncturist and nurse integrating traditional and holistic approaches to wellness

  • A somatic clinical therapist offering practices that bring you back into your body with compassion

  • And additional gifted practitioners dedicated to your healing, growth, and self-discovery

Through experiential workshops, reflective writing sessions, guided healing practices, and spacious time in nature, you’ll have room to breathe deeply, slow down, and listen inward. You’ll walk mountain trails, share meaningful conversations, and be held within a community of women walking their own paths of healing and transformation.

This retreat is more than a getaway—it is an invitation to find your voice, write your story, and find yourself again.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your inner wisdom, expand your sense of possibility, and experience the power of community in one of the world’s most breathtaking settings, we would be delighted to welcome you!
