Come. Connect. Relax. Heal.

We, as women, need time to connect, to slow down, to reflect, to be in community, to breathe. Find all of this, and more, at the 2023 State of Grace, Peace, Love, and Healing women’s retreat. Participate in a series of workshops and activities that will help you unwind, reflect, and connect with yourself and others.

Our retreat this year is in beautiful Estes Park at the YMCA. Stay in a cabin, take in the beautiful aspects of nature at the base of the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our speakers are healers with many years of experience helping others on their healing journeys. Learn about the healing benefits of being in community and connecting with others. Experience mindfulness meditation, yoga, and delight in your own creative energy in a mala-bead jewelry making session. Engage in boundary setting, and listen to the healing benefits of massage, acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, Reiki and auricular, and participant in a group energy healing ceremony.

We built in plenty of time for group discussions and bonding activities, such as nature walks, group meals, and star-gazing evenings.

We believe that investing in your own personal health is crucial to your personal and physical transformation.  This retreat is an opportunity for you to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and prioritize your own sacred space and journey.

We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment for all participants. We encourage you to bring an open mind and an open heart.
